We will work together to help find the perfect jewellery. As such it may be necessary for you to return items for exchange or refund. We will make this process as convenient as possible.
RETURNS POLICY
We give you 14 days to approve your jewellery in the comfort of your home. When returning jewellery, please ensure items are returned as sent, with all packaging and tags attached. Jewellery must be unworn and not modified. Your normal statutory rights are not affected.
Please note: we cannot accept returns of earrings, for hygiene purposes.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT RINGS:
We are happy to accept returns on unworn Ladies Rings between the sizes of J to Q and Men's Rings between the sizes of R to W. Rings outside of these sizes become NON REFUNDABLE & NON EXCHANGEABLE. Our lifetime guarantee against defects however is not affected by ring size. If you order the wrong ring size (mistakes can happen!) we are happy to make the ring for you in the new correct ring size for a fee of £15. However, where we have made a ring especially for you, (Full Eternity Rings for example), these items of jewellery are non refundable and non exchangeable. We will of course confirm this with you when we receive your order and before we take full payment.
HOW DO I RETURN A ITEM?
We need to issue you with a returns authorisation before you send us your jewellery . You can email us mailorder@divafinejewellery.com (9.30am - 5pm) for your returns authorisation. Then send the item back by Royal Mail Special Delivery (fully insured service) to the address that we give you., or call on +44 (0)131 663 2157 (Monday - Friday We are not responsible for items that are sent to an incorrect returns address and or that have not been given authorisation for return. Once we have received the jewellery we will confirm to you by email (or telephone) that your credit / debit card has been reimbursed with the full amount of money. It may take up to 7 days for the refund to appear on your card statement. Please ensure no damage is caused to the jewellery whilst in your care.
GUARANTEE
You may return your order within 14 days for a full refund. Our products are fully guaranteed to be free from defects or bad craftsmanship and only of natural origins (unless clearly stated). All products are Hallmarked according to UK legislation which guarantees the materials have been passed by a UK government approved agency.
DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS!
We aim to send all jewellery within 36 hours of receipt of the order and whenever possible we will send your order in the next available mail out (Monday - Friday). We are confident that we can fulfil the majority of our orders within 10 working days. If you need to know the expected delivery date of an item, please call or email us. We will also work hard to meet any special delivery requirements you may have.
Once you have placed your order we will verify your credit card details and process your order. If your order is going to take us longer than 10 days to fulfil, we will let you know the expected delivery date by email before debiting your Credit Card.
Please keep the email that we send you in a safe place as it will contain your order number and you should quote this number when you contact us here at Divafinejewellery.com.
Our chosen way of getting your jewellery to you both quickly and safely is via the Royal Mail Special Delivery. This system enables us to guarantee to you delivery of your jewellery the day after we send it.
Once the jewellery has been dispatched from our premises you will be sent a further email containing a tracking number and full details of how to track your order through the Royal Mail special delivery service. All jewellery that we send this way is of course fully insured.
